Identify
Choose four concrete tenants: fears, guilt, or something that needs to begin now.
Four boxes. A handful of coins. A method for acting against fear, guilt, and inertia—without positive thinking, manifestation, or hustle culture.
A tenant is a piece of information that learned to say “I” and began deciding for you before you could decide for yourself. It may take the shape of fear, guilt, delay, or an old certainty that no longer serves you. The Practice gives these tenants a body so you can depose them with facts.
TENANTS ARE NOT PERSUADED. THEY ARE DEPOSED BY FACTS.
Choose four concrete tenants: fears, guilt, or something that needs to begin now.
Write the negative phrase, create a symbol, bind it to a box, and place one small action inside.
Two coin tosses select the tenant. That way, you cannot keep choosing the easiest war.
Carry out the smallest action that still causes discomfort. What the world does in response does not enter the record.
Record the number, date, and fact. Sign with your sigil. Add one evidence coin for every completed action.
The Practice is free to share. Everything you need to begin is here, along with the file still waiting for its password.
The complete procedure, from the four tenants to the record of facts.
